Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original LUCIER packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
